Management Board and Council of the FOUNDATION:
The Board of Directors and the Council of the FOUNDATION play a key role in managing and overseeing the FOUNDATION’s activities and in achieving its statutory goals, namely, planning long-term strategy, supervising and controlling the FOUNDATION’s activities, especially regarding the use of its financial and human resources. The Board prepares the budget, monitors revenues and expenditures, and makes decisions regarding investments and resource allocation. Their role includes setting salary policies, evaluating employees, and ensuring appropriate working conditions. The Board of Directors and the Council of the FOUNDATION work with supervisory bodies, such as courts, tax offices, and other regulatory institutions, ensuring transparency and compliance of the FOUNDATION’s activities with applicable legal regulations. The President of the “W TROSCE O ŻYCIE” has over 30 years of experience in providing care, nursing, palliative, and hospice services. She completed Medical Vocational School and numerous specialized training courses: in geriatric nursing, palliative care nursing, and pediatric home palliative care. She also holds a master’s degree in sociology.

Our team is a group of dedicated professionals who work together for the FOUNDATION, aiming to improve the quality of life for elderly individuals. Our work encompasses a variety of activities and initiatives designed to provide comprehensive care and support for seniors. We are responsible not only for the quality of our services but also for developing care and support programs that meet the diverse needs and expectations of our beneficiaries. We develop and implement home care programs that provide support in daily activities. Collaboration with medical and social institutions is a key element of our activity. We establish partnerships with various medical facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and non-governmental organizations to provide our beneficiaries with comprehensive care and access to a variety of services. Additionally, our team is also involved in administrative activities aimed at effectively managing the foundation and ensuring the smooth organization of our work.
