Loneliness and poverty most often affect people in the autumn of their lives. These are also the reasons why older adults do not spend time actively.
They become immersed in sadness and apathetic. The “W TROSCE O ŻYCIE” FOUNDATION has created day care homes specifically for such individuals.
Day care facilities are places where often lonely and disabled people can spend most of their day under the care of professional staff. The FOUNDATION provides physical and psychological support here, as well as various activities for all visitors.
Older adults can chat, play social games, perform in plays, paint, embroider, participate in fitness classes, and engage in many other interesting activities!

"W TROSCE O ŻYCIE” FOUNDATION
For many of the Foundation’s wards, day care homes are an escape from the gray reality, from loneliness, and from illness. It is an opportunity to stay among peers, people with similar problems, with whom they can talk, exchange experiences, laugh, or celebrate holidays, name days, or other occasions together. For families caring for elderly people, these facilities also provide support, allowing them to carry out daily duties without the need for round-the-clock care of their loved ones.
The day care homes are located in Brzozów and Rakowa, Tyrawa Wołoska commune, and are open on all working days. As a Foundation, we provide transportation for seniors, meals, rehabilitation, and recreational activities.
